1. General Information
Program Name: Path to Change Program.Duration: 12 months starting immediately upon the user's enrollment.Program Content:Training videos designed for beginners in the field of digital services.A student group for interaction hosted on Circle.so.
2. Content Access
Access Duration: Users will have access to the content for 12 months from the date of subscription.Restrictions:Content is available exclusively on the Circle.so platform and cannot be downloaded.Accounts are personal and may not be sold or shared with others.
3. Support
Email support is provided for 12 months at [email protected] time is within 24 hours during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM UAE time).
4. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the 12-month period unless canceled by the user.A reminder email will be sent one week before the subscription ends, giving the user the opportunity to cancel.Cancellation requests must be sent via email to [email protected] with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation Request."
